1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cloth Savvy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cloth Savvy.

2. Description of Service

Cloth Savvy is an AI-powered personal styling application that provides outfit recommendations based on user-uploaded wardrobe images, body-type preferences and weather data. The Service is available as a mobile application (Android APK) and a web application.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Cloth Savvy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you upload, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Cloth Savvy name, logo, app design, AI models and all related intellectual property are owned by Cloth Savvy and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cloth Savvy provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
